EDUCATION (5-16 years)

This Education section provides information and advice about how schools can support your child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

HEALTH

Do you you have concerns about your child’s or young person’s health, wellbeing and development, such as what services and therapies you can access through the NHS and other specialist services.

SOCIAL CARE

This page will support your understanding about children and adult Social Care services . Children services and Adult Social Care services have a duty to assess and provide support to those in ‘need’.
